Pedicetamol® contains paracetamol, which belongs to the group of pain-relieving and fever-reducing medicines. The medicine is used to reduce fever lasting no longer than 3 days and to relieve mild to moderate pain. If there is no improvement, if the patient feels worse, if the fever does not subside after 3 days, or if the pain persists for more than 3 days in children or 5 days in adults (2 days in the case of sore throat), a doctor should be consulted.

The active substance of the medicine is paracetamol.
1 ml of the solution contains 100 mg of paracetamol.
Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
Other ingredients of the medicine are: macrogol 600, glycerol, raspberry flavor (propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, and benzyl alcohol), sodium saccharin, azorubine (E122).
It is essential to follow the dosage based on the child’s body weight and to determine the appropriate dose in milliliters (ml) of the oral solution accordingly. Dosage every 6 hours in milliliters (ml):

For children under 3 years of age, it is recommended to administer the solution using the dropper provided with the 30 ml package.
For children aged 3 years and older, it is recommended to administer the solution using the syringe provided with the 60 ml package.
If the desired effect is not achieved within 3–4 hours, the medication may be given every 4 hours. In such cases, the appropriate dose should be calculated according to the following instruction:

The maximum daily dose of 60 mg/kg/day should not be exceeded without prior consultation with a doctor.
